I agree about Samsung. They have a different approach to noise reduction. They seem to use Gaussian instead of Median filter. This doesn't smudge out the noise in the same way. Where a Nokia or SE camphone kills a lot of detail to get rid of the noise, a low light Samsung camphone photo will instead look a bit blurry. The result looks better.

I have both and I can say for certain that that K770i takes better pictures. The colors are MUCH better, and the pictures are far more detailed. The K800 does take slightly sharper images, though that may just be the phone applying some post processing.
Though to be honest, the K800 is a better built phone.
