it supports wmv, mp4(h.264, h.263), 3gp, real video

400 kbps is very low use

700 bit rate on 20 fps with 340x170(widescreen) or
850 bitrate on 15fps with 340x170(widescreen)

i used total video cnverter and u can customize some setting .
