Its okay, that k850i can not be patched. But tell me what is that patch do in your phone.

Patches are pieces of code applied to the main firmware to add or modify functions in the phone.
Example C902 patch...
;C902 SW-R3DA028
;Radio without handsets
;(C) SiNgle
;(p) Xamid
11571378: 01D1 01E0
All patches are model and firmware specific and that info is in the first line of the patch, the second line tells you what the patch does, the third is the maker, the fourth is the porter who converted the patch from another model/firmware and finally the code itself...
11571378: = The hex address in the firmware where the code is to be applied.
01D1 = The original values
01E0 = Is the new values to be patched
Don't know if thats what you were asking or not but there you go!!

That is great! The patches for W910 do work. I applied the patch Remove Voice Recorder Beep, and Radio Without Headset.
Both were successful. However, the radio without headset is definitely useless. Anybody has a patch to undo this?

just reboot phone
and all patches gone
