Either its GDFS is damaged or there is a hardware problem in the phone
Try these steps with SEtool v1.11, also use the Repair/Unlock option first.

try this metode work for me 100% with setool
- backup first your k790 gdfs
- write k790 gdfs.bin
- rewrite your backup gdfs
- reflash with k790 firmware
- enjoy....
I got a k790 gdfs from 4shared.com and applied it, but i didnt dare to turn on the phone. Then i rewrote my previous gdfs (the one that wasnt booting, i didnt have a good gdfs backup), reflashed main and fs and it worked

i try the read gdfs
and i get the following error...
CSloader refused to start GDFS services,error is:29
failed, that is fatal
