so i had everything set correctly but did not work. I got this thig to work fine after talking to voicestrem/tmobile support folks (data support team).

Basically, i had evrythign correct. According to the support team, on t68, i have to "create new" wap profile for MMS. Since i already had working GPRS profile, i simply "select" that working profile and that did not work.

if there's anyone out there with correct setting but yet to get your t68 to work, try creating a new profile from MMS menu (menu 2/2/6/8).

go to control panel, connections, then messaging accounts, then mms

the service center number is:

http://216.155.174.84/servelts/mms

wap account: create a wap account for mms only and put it here )more on that later)

also, i was the one who posted the first MMS settings here [NOT P800] though. it's similar anyway.

Ok, I've got it sending, but I guess no attachments come through when you send it to a non MMS phone or email address? Also any incoming SMSs now from 500 (the SMS to email gateway) come in as MMS but any text just shows as an attachment to the message. I tried sending myself an MMS message and all I get back is one with each object as an attachment.

Is there something else I need to do so the MMS will play properly?

If you don't want to enter all this... simply go to www.sonyericsson.com, global support area. Type in your phone type, then choose WAP configurator or MMS configurator (the email configurator is only for specific email providers). Choose phone, network, enter your phone number - within seconds SE sends you some sort of text messages that sets up everything automatically. It worked great for me.
