do have the actual elfs in your phone compatible with k810 R8?

Yes. Elfs are not normally model or firmware specific but there are a few only for DB2020. And some work better on some models than others probably down to the porting of lib functions and the different hardware between models.

for example SE-Lifestyle deskbar elf crashes k800s with vibration enabled!

Edit: Just done a search on for 4shared and there are quite a few. Try and download the most recent and then update the lib and dyn.

Yes but you have elf pack for k810 already dont you? I thought u needed elfs only?
Suresh, lib is loaded from lib.bin in config folder. No need to patch lib.
