who make it easy for me to match a/v synchro.
I've not yet downloaded & tried ur software but at least there's a way open for me. Thanx

You have to install it (M3-0_1_.8.9.
, then install Nero AAC Encoder files, then quicktime.
I just select K800 and use 320 video bitrate and 96 audio bitrate. End of story.
in my opinion it creates THE best quality and even if you press a button, the audio quickly syncs back.
I have tried a lot of others, including SUPER, TotalConverter, etc.
