Is the ARM9 the same with Intel's strongARM processor? Or a modified version of it or something? If not, who is the manufacturer? Where did u get all these facts? Is it on the whitepaper of the p800? This message was posted from a T68i

it's not stated in the white paper, just that it is a ARM 9... but on all sites I have seen P800 uses an ARM 9 @ the same speed as 7650... ~50MHz...

This is cut from the tech. site under P800 facts(compared to 9210 and 7650):

P800 is also the first Symbian OS device to support EMS and SMTP authentification. And, last but not least, P800 is equipped with ARM9 CPU running almost 4 times faster than in other current Symbian OS devices.

If you want to know all details about the P800, then check out the http://www.clubsonyericsson.com/products/p800/p800_whitepaper.pdf. Written by SE with all the facts about the P800.

Officially SE only mentions they use the ARM9 processor, no details about clock speed.

Check out http://www.arm.com/ if you want to learn more about the ARM9 processors
