Hong kong, wester europe, generic and etc... The firmwares are the same... You can change it. But the menu and t9 languages in the mare different. So you have to make sure which languages you need and choose the proper firmware that suits your language needs the best. I think there was a list of languages for all firmwares on
www.topsony.com (not sure if there is for A2 phones, but give it a look, you may find some info useful).
