I don't think there'll be any perfect phone provided there's always a profit minded manufacturer. They'll have to consider the price, the R&D expenditure spend on each model and the market they're preying on. Not all countries can afford to support all the function of a super phone! For example, my country Malaysia, GPRS's still new here and MMS is nowhere heard from the providers here, yet Singapore, a bridge away, MMs inter-sending between networks started last year! I'm currently subscribing both Malaysia and Singapore networks to enjoy the full capacity of the SE T68i! One more thing, Singapore service providers even charge nothing when MMS was sent in Singapore which lasted a few months and just ended yesterday
So we've to understand too. For your info, Singapore service providers are begging IDA ( Infocomm Authority ) to delay the launching of 3G's deadline which is December '03. Answer's a stern NO! from IDA...
