The timing for a job application at SonyEricsson is not very good at the moment. The last quarterly financial report contained very large negative numbers, both Ericsson, Sony and SonyEricsson are cutting down the number of employees now, due to the current financial crisis.

Every where is not easy to join. Regardless ericsson or sony or both combine or anyone in mobile phone business. The best is stick to where you are or like the other suggestion. Join the council or any gov job. No offend unless your country is going to have a financial system bankruptcy else that seem to be the safest.
