Quick update. Managed to pick up a UK

T700 from the

E Shop. Total including postage is £194. Only the Silver/Black version available though (red one would have been nice)
No additional symbols on the keys, no menu's/themes/ringtones etc in another language and all internet profiles are for UK mobile providers.
The T700 is running R3DA033 firmware.

fantastic, glad the UK got it since its such a nice phone. Java software compatible with the k800 (except for camera related stuff ) tend to run well on the t700 btw. One good example is the youtube client.

O2 will be having the Gold over red model. The Gold will be the top section and battery cover which are metal and the red will be the bottom plastic section. Currently only available in the middle east.If O2 do end up stocking it I'll be buying a few myself as the colours go well together.
Also trying to persuade the missus not to get a pink lg cookie to replace her Precious Gold T650.
@phonecrazy. SE store lists the T700 as £189.99. You then have postage to go on top which is nearly £4.
Buttons on the T700 are sooo light to press there's no effort needed at all unlike my C902 and T650. Also it weighs hardly anything.
I'm using an 8gb M2 with nearly 6gb of music loaded on it and slowdown is hardly noticed when playing music via my DS220 and i've not had the dropped calls problem that all the other A200 platform handsets have when using a bluetooth headset (I own all the current A200 phones and experienced this on all of them)
My only gripe is my fingers are too big and my thumb easily covers 2 buttons at once but i'll get used to it.
Also forgot to mention the Sony Ericsson lettering on the battery cover is raised which is a nice touch.
Overall I swore I'd never buy another A200 platform SE but so far the T700 has performed much better in one day than any of the other A200's have. I'm very happy with my purchase so far. Only thing I need is a screen protector and a new pouch as i've worn out my spare T650 one.

Amen, my T700 has actually gotten stabler over time. It hanged 4-5x the first few weeks I had it (heavy & very enthusiastic multimedia & camera use), now it hardly hangs at all if ever.
The GSMArena comments on this phone are almost universally positive - it does well in the modern basics of what you expect a cell phone to do whether it be calling (crystal clear), texting (far easier than my LG), camera /movie shots & even music playback. Even the internet browsing experience was better than I expected.
Love the radio too btw & the fact that I can browse the Net & listen to the stations at the same time. I just regret that the built-it in speakers don't do the music/radio playback of the T700 any justice.
