1024x768 is actually HD since it displays more than 720 vertical lines.
Ther are three main resolutions for displaying HD-content in 720p, which are XGA (used in many HD-ready Plasma TVs),WXGA and HD 720p.

Anyway this phone looks quite interesting.

Hehe. Now I am also confused about the resolution. It is HD with 30fps but not sure about the precise resolution.

S60 5th edition should support WVGA.
