I've already done three master resets, and two flashes of the firmware.

I have given up on trying to get the P1i to sort the contacts correctly. Does anyone know of an external, PC based software that I can use to sort them, then maybe load them back into the P1i? FMA and Outlook don't seem to support doing that.
