Sleepmode elf can be found here...

...and seeing as you are 'wile.e' on SE-NSE, i thought you would know that.

It works the same no matter what phone it runs on. I really dont understand what u mean by 'how it works'. Instead of the phone using the default sleepmode the elf takes over and displays its own graphics. It can show all sorts of info that the default sleepmode cant like currant track info, mini gps info, day, battery info, memory info, background images etc.

yeah, this is all that I know man, what I still dont know is this:
original sleepmode (of w200) coming up after the block keys and when it's on the display stay always on showing a dark grey and black time and missing icons.
Now we suppose to install sleepmode elf, to change sleepmode layout (for example black display and dark red time and icons).
Then, after this modifications, when my phone goes into block keys mode > sleepmode will display show "always on" black background and dark red time and icons
OR
(like a lot of people told me) will display show that for few seconds and then goes off?
This is the thing that interest me, if modded sleepmode will be always on like the original one...

hope I succeed to be clear this time

thanks boysie

When sleepmode is activated when the elf is running, the display will be shown for a set period then goes off. The time it is displayed can be adjusted in the sleepmode ini. The whole point of it going off is to save battery power as sleepmode elf displays colours and uses more CPU processes so uses more battery. To see the display again u press one of the volume keys.

Yes. Sleepmode elf displays for a set time then turns off screen until a key is pressed. Pressing volume key shows sleep screen again. Pressing any other key shows standby screen.

ohhh at last I understand how it works!
But not how I wish...
However, there is a max time to set ini file to set duration of elf?
And, it's the only way to obtain to change colour in sleepmode background and fonts, I suppose...

thank u so much for patience guy
