Just in case you didn't know, custom packs are finalization files for the file system and they must match your file system. For example I have K810_R8BA024_FS_EUROPE_2_RED52 which means I need a custom pack for EUROPE_2, one like HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_11_R8A_GENERIC_EUROPE_2 or HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_11_R5A_GENERIC_EUROPE_2.
custom pack is the cda in other words

I had this problem, just !!!re-install!!! the firmware using SEUS.
It will sort out the problem.

7- Now, let's customize(or finalize as some ppl know it).
8- Press the "FileSystem tool" button. Do exactly what it asks you to do(Hold "C" key and connect the cable).
9- Then let's go to TPA > PRESET > CUSTOM. Once we're there drag and drop all the files that are within the custom we downloaded. When they are all uploaded, press the "Shutdown" button. Disconnect the phone and take out the battery, reinsert it and turn it on.
10- The phone's ready to work.

What i'm trying to say is that it should give you the option to re-install "if you're having problems with your phone"...
If it doesn't use A2 CDA File Generator v1.04 to create a cda file for your region and model, upload it to your phone and try again (this is what i had to do)

ok i flashed and stuff did the custpack but when i turn it on it says wrong firmware or something...im thinking this is because the latest one avalaible is (for operators) R1FA030 in israel and the one i did is R1FA037 (for israel too)
any idea?
im thinkign i need to get the R1FA030...FS and MAIN but where can i get a R1FA030 isreal FS?

i went to my operator and they just gave me a brand new W910i for free...i also updated it to R1FA035 Central Europe (unbranded)
using SEUS.
