Having sold these devices to the Great British Public for close to 7 years now, I can say that the VAST majority of my customer want just calls, texts and the occasional photo. Kids seem to just want cool looks, touch screens (only due to them being the 'in' thing this year) and music, and old people just want calls and texts and nothing else.
It's pretty common place, and the only time we ever sell anything along the lines of the N95 is very rarely ever because of it's features, it's because of it's popularity by moron's who know no different.
