The Motorola destroys the 3 mentioned phones. Check out Mobile-review for an indepth review, also gsmarena has a review. I'm on a phone otherwise I'd give you links.
Of the above 3 the Nokia is the better option.

zn5 looks pretty darn good.
however, phone arena says its flash is weak for slightly longer ranges.. but i dont think its that big of a deal.

ZN5 has more details in daylight although nokia N82 flash is superior. Also night scene photos are very noisy with ZN5.

N82 is the overall winner here but with latest firmware C902 is also very good.

So if I narrow it down to N82 vs Zn5, Zn5 takes better shots in the morning but N82 better at night? And zn5 has a faster shutter speed?

basically yes. ZN5 takes great daylight pictures . nokia n82 almost same quality during day but at night n82 wins. the xenon flash is stronger. if you want to see pictures go to mobile-review ( search zn5 in the russian version of the page ) youŽll see a comparison between them
