The best user interface is in g900. The RAM is same in all three. Around 50mb will remain free on an average. All 3 can manage only qvga 15fps out of the box. But, there are mods available to increase picture and video quality. G900 and w960 have complete flush screens which makes finger swipe easy and the screen more durable. But, it also reduces the screen sensitivity around the corners. P1 has the old style resistive screen with high sensitivity but low durability( scratch guard is a must).

Blackberry connect comes pre installed only on g700/900. For others you have to download it. Its for free. But the one in g900 is version 4 which is the latest while the one available for p1/w960 is an older version.

It's hard to set blackberry connect?and about wifi can we use wifi for opera mini?c905's wifi just only can use for netfront browser (default browser) not opera.

You can use wifi for opera mini. It has a very good connection manager which lets all applications use all types of connections. About blackberry connect, i dont use it and haven't set it up yet and so i cant comment on it.

I would not go for the G900, I had a really bad experience. I got some sort of dust inside the screen, I think it was more of a stain. Even tough I disassembled the phone, the stain would nor come of!!! Very weird! So it was a pain in the butt to see the screen under direct sun light. Now I have the Nokia n85 which is wayyy betterrr than the g900.
