I don't think you can update the firmware yourself. You have to take it to an SE service center.

hi i'm still new to the SE world....so sorry if i asked stupid questions...
how can you delete the predefined pics? because if i try to delete it...it says that "predefined items cannot be deleted" something like that...can anybody help me with this? thanks
