You have to push from the one side (lets say left) and try to take it off from opposite side. As a friend here said, its easy. Of course there is no seal or anything else to prove that the phone is opened.

Who told you that? We just said that there is no seal. I don't recomend to open the phone just because there is no seal. In addition, there are no servicable parts inside for us. So, why to open it?
