The c905 plus is just a c905 with the latest firmware and an 8GB memory card.
my c905 08w44 is absolutely lovely, best phone ever so far, I use every function of it most days
Thanks to having been sent 4 faulty handsets, two of which came with all the bits, I have 2 spare batteries and 2 extra 2GB memory sticks! (and two extra USB cables and chargers).
The only fault that occurred on my final handset was the down key on the d-pad got very stiff.. I almost sent it for repair (rather than replacement) but was not confident to send it off straight away, which was a good move as it seems to have fixed itself.
So as it stands I am extremely happy with the handset now, even dropped it a couple of times and its still solid. So I wont hear anything bad said about it. If you have a problem just get it replaced/repaired until you're happy.. it's worth it!

The C905 plus is ONLY availble for the UK-
Extras:
-8gb memory card
-Years subscription to wayfinder
-Smile shutter
-Sms conversations
-You tube app
-Snapfish
As far as im aware you will be able to update your phone and recieve MOST of those features, except the wayfinder subscription & (obv) 8gb memory card, although im not too sure about the smile shutter.
There is a new advertisment campaign in the UK for the C905 plus, this is now the second advertisment campaign for the C905, first was on release, now the second one specifically advertising the smile shutter. This is suprising because normally se products arent advertised again after such a long perid of time.

yes the standard latest firmware update (R1DA032) includes smile shutter, sms conversations (I love this), youtube app and snapfish
so all that is extra is the 8GB mem & years wayfinders

It is sorta because no one wants to spend £350 on a phone then spend an extra £30 on a memory card & to purchase wayfinder sepraltey would cost you over £50.

Sure I understand that.
Really resent the fact wayfinder is subscription based. It's a bit of a con and once your in the loop it's hard to get out, a bit like these silly MMPORPG's.
I just hope TomTom or Garmin release some decent java software at somepoint, or that someone works out a good crack for wayfinder.

I'm considering getting the C905 Plus as i am in the UK but i'm waiting to find out if it had the usual C905 faults before getting one, if it doesn't have any problems then i would buy one!

I have just got a new C905 and was wondering if someone could help me with the following:
When the phone slider is shut and you press the call/end/d-pad buttons etc. it wobbles up and down in a see saw fashion.
Is this normal or should I send it straight back?
Thanks.
