Well I'll keep you updated as my phone has yet to arrive. But I've gotten hold of a reciept, the original box and the account information....i just hold the rebate has not expired as you all have indicated..maybe i could get it pre-dated somehow...so it would seem like it was just lost in the mail. anyways thanks for the input..i'll let you know if i'm sucessful.
