have a look at the
www.carphonewarehouse.com they have special offers on cams . the MCA 25 has a zoom and a viewfinder apart from that thers no difference from MCA20 but u have to have a T300 to use the zoom

You cannot improve quality on p gone since phone only show 256 colors max while 7650 can show 4096 colors max, anyway in case transfered to pc mca 25 have better result compared with 7650's camera.

Edit it with photoshop using 256 color palate. there are tips here at esato. try using search.
