what setting have you did for smart
like this??

try to switch off ur cp make sure ur time and date are correct set

You need to have GPRS/WAP activated on the Nokia 6020 by your network operator. Contact your network operator and request for GPRS to be activated. Also, enquire about the necessary GPRS settings
You can also go to
http://europe.nokia.com/A4144889 and use settings guide for your phone to get the necessary GPRS settings
