I found it, it is the problem of "java access to FS",because i try to remove one by one and test it, now Facewarp can save picture but cannot change driver easily

I'd say the patch but thats up to you. You could always use IronMaster's Advanced File Manager patch to copy files to internal FS and remove the Java access patch.
