those generic fast port adapters are good, but they don't seem to last long. i've had to buy them on two different occasions....they're cheap, but after a while they don't plug in properly.

Hey guys!!

I recently bought the Sennheiser CX 400 headphones from Amazon.com. I'm not sure whether they are genuine. because one reviewer in ebay uk has mentioned that the genuine ones come with a leather pouch whereas the fake ones come with a normal synthetic pouch. I got a synthetic pouch with mine but i checked some sites like cnet and trustedreviews and they dont mention a leather pouch being included with the package. Also Sound quality of these is a bit better than the HPM-70s..

Somebody please clarify on this.

It's pretty obvious that these converters are cheap... Sony Ericsson never released fastport to 3.5mm jack with short wire (or no wire at all)... So what can you expect from cheap hardware?!

yes it does come with a "leather" pouch, but please understand that it is not genuine leather. i got my CX400 from amazon too. i wouldn't worry about it if i were you.

Thanks for the Info buddy!!! i have spent a day with it and the sound quality is pretty much better than the HPM 70 and noise isolation is also good. The bass is much much better in these than the HPM -70 in which the bass is a bit muffled.
