OH thats bad..
hmmmm...
even if i install what u have said..
the DIrect 3D is still on "not available" hmm..
is there anything that i can do??
so that i can play 3D games here??

run dxdiag as I explained in my earlier post. That might tell you what the problem is. Also, look for Directx in windows control panel (Start - Control Panel).

Other than that, I don't think I can help you because I would need to be able to examine your PC myself

to access directX on winxp
goto
start
program
accessories
system tools
system information
on system in window , at the menu goto tools and you can find
directx diagnostic tool

how can i know the name of the PRODUCT and the PRODUCT SERIES of the video card that is attach on my system unit..
