It may have low end specs, but they market it as mid end.

T650 is not low end it was quite expensive when it first came out.

The T series has a mixture of low (eg T280, T303) and mid range (eg T650, T700) handsets. What sets them apart is the meterials used (half plastic/half metal on most) over their W,K,C series counterparts as well as the design.
I like this one although specs are not too different from my T700 though. My guess is the initial price on release would be near £199 for a sim free model. The T700 was £199 on its initial release although I got mine from
UK for £194 inc delivery 4 months ago.
