Oh the SE site doesnt help for my phone/location/provider, the site no longer has the settings for the k850i, it just says use the phone. However I pretty much fixed the problem. I went to the Tmobile store and got a new SIM card. Mine was about 6 and 1/2 years old. The new one works much better. It downloads the settings for the browser but not MMS. That's fine w/ me
