Try this code *#0206*8397# then choose "test H/W" => "reglage son" => "LM4946" => "DSP_IIS_RINGER_LOUD_SPEAKER" and write a number under 32 to increas mp3 and sound volume or write it in => "IOM2_LOUDSPK_ONLY" to increas video volume. ps: in somes phones this code don't work , but this one works *#8999*8378# , after that do the same like the first one .
