dont bother opening it or attempting to return the sim that you cant even open because of sim pincode, the owner would bought new one for sure.. and just a quick story, ive once been a victim of a scam, my friends sim was lost and it texted me for an urgent help of a load., i was nearly caught..but i said i dnt have enough money. that saves me.hehe

wow. Broad is a victim of a scum. anyway, navar, just buy a new one and charge it to experience since there is nothing left for you to solve that. just follow there suggestion to throw it on the bin. Your just trying yourself to have a headache.

hi.you can open that sim without number phone or calling operator.go to google then download a software (GSM_PUK),when the soft is ready filling the info then u need the number serial of the sim.in the back of sim card.i dnt knw if will work with ur operator or no? this soft is workin in mine IAM ana MEDITEL ..just try
