Dude, you have issues if you've reached the age of 20 and still haven't worked out what takes your interest.
It's an entirely subjective topic, and you will never receive a 'right answer'.

I've always liked detective novels. I started with Sherlock Holmes in my teens and moved up to Agatha Christie novels. Now I'm reading PD James' 'Death in Holy Orders'. I don't recommend you start on PD James, they are long and use excessively descriptive, complex vocabulary that will put you off. It took me a while to get used to them, once you do they're addictive.
Try some blockbusters too. Recent one's I've read are Clive Cussler's 'The Chase' and John Grisham's 'The Associate', both very good and easy to read.
If you haven't read for a long time, then a book of short stories might be a good idea to get back into the swing of things.
Edit: BTW, I thoroughly suggest you track down a local second hand bookstore, you can find all manner of interesting stuff for not much moolah, and the staff can always steer you in the right direction.
