i gonna contribute how to Debrand/rebrand the phone..
1st hav to get a generator to create a customise_upgrade.xml file in order to change the CDA in the phone.
-
SE CDA file maker v2.0(cannot get latest version, but this version works too)(Thanks thaproxinator)
-
Ultimate CDA Generator Extreme 4.5 (Thanks CodeClaw) (btw there is latest version out, which is
Ultimate CDA Generator 5.0 Unlimited)
here's the step of using SE CDA file maker..
http://forums.se-nse.net/index.php?showtopic=36849
after create the Customize_upgrade.xml file, u hav to upload it to the phone by using
A2 uploader (not sure wat is the latest version, but for mine i found is 06062009). make sure tat u also hav to install driver too, "ggsetup", need to restart com after install)
alrite, on how to put the file in, n a successful CDA change, pls refer to the above tutorial link!
sorry for quite a mess, but i'm abit lazy..

dude ... you don't have to be so angry. Besides ... you posted "Your" findings there to be shared with right?! Here its being shared ... sure the op should've posted the source & poster if it was you - I don't know.
But for you being rude and the uppercase-shouting ... its time to start growing up a little. I'm sure you learned methods of your findings from someone else on the web as well ... did you honor them by stating their names in your post of "your findings"? No need to get your knickers in a not. I too years ago got upset ... but ONLY because I was immature and a site that made received 100x more views ripped my findings in a provider billing and device launch was also making money from the hits from google advertisement. Here this user isn't making money off your findings.
