3G doesnt cover the data part, i believe as a 3G user, that the voice quality is also better since it uses better audio codecs.

3G is all about faster data transmission, audio codecs on a digital network work fine on 2G.
Some new networks are using VOIP tecnology so now all voice/data/video can be sent in the same manner and prioritised to provide the best quality data and video streaming.

2.05 Mbits/second to stationary devices.
384 Kbits/second for slowly moving devices, such as a handset carried by a walking user.
128 Kbits/second for fast moving devices, such as handsets in moving vehicles.

Really? Can you post your source for this info as I have never heard of variable speeds based on movement.
AFAIK, You get the same data speed from the same cellsite no matter what speed your travelling at. As you hand over from cellsite to cellsite there may be a slight interruption to the data flow but then it carries on.
3G UMTS is rated at 384kbps
3.5G HSPA can come in speeds of 1.8, 3.6 or 7.2Mbps down and 384kbps up.
3.5G HSPA+ can come in speeds of 7.2, 10, 14.4, 21 or 42Mbps down and 2.0Mbps up.
3GPP LTE is being tested by Verizon Wireless in the US at maximum speeds of 40-50Mbps down and 20-25Mbps up.
Of course these are maximum speeds and the actual speed you get will rely on the type of technology used in the celltower, the type used in your handset, the network traffic at the time, the terrain (open/hilly/buildings) where you're located, the weather conditions, interference from other electrical and wireless devices, etc... It's surprising we get any reception at all really.

Depends on the signal strenght

Another advantage is the fact that 3G allows for simultaneous voice and internet data transmission. You can begin loading a web page, send an MMS and make a voice call and none will interfer with the other, unlike 2G.
