Yes it was brand new which surprised me although it was on Orange. Not sure i believed them it was more than likely second hand. At the moment i have a Sony Ericsson c510 although i did have a contract with a w995 but had too many problems like bad slide on it returned 3 of them before i cancelled. There ain't much about at the moment which catches me except the n86.

Thats a good bargain if it it is for real then
it's al'rite phone does the job, im pretty excited about the iPhone arriving on Vodafone too
I know alot of you would say don't bother but I love my iPod touch and having the phone aswell will be fun

Sounds a utter nightmare the trouble you had with the phones,
I had trouble with a E65 when I first took the contract out with Vodafone but I just sold the darm thing lol

How long you had that Samsung? Surely the battery can't be bad already. Nokia have vastly improved their batteries lately. I had a Nokia 6303 and the battery honestly with quite heavy use lasted a good solid 4 days.

I've heart of a new technology that MIT has been currently developing which can charge in seconds. Check it out at >> http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/7938001.stm

Not much has happened with battery development in the past decade. That could be a new breath of fresh air shaking things up.

Im back to square 1 again,
got a replacement battery again and VF have waved the charge of my bill

however charged it up 6 hours and switched it on a 8.30pm lastnight done a few Texts and sent
a Video to Photobucket at 3am the battery had gone down to final bar

in the week the phone had also been saying no memory left so I moved things to my memory card,
it did it again so i then moved Mp3's to the Mem card and it's fine now Touchwood!

I have read so many sites that myphone has worst battery life now im starting to agree,
is there anyone else with this phone on here?

I don't know what to do but my battery used to last more then a few hours

can these phones be software updated?
maybe that could fix it

I seriousley don't want it going of to vodafone for weeks i'd have to use a anciet phone lol and get
laughed at

would vodafone borrow me a handset free till it comes back?

Advice peeps

When is your contract up? If you have had a new battery and its still poor then the phone sounds like its going wrong somewhere. I think Samsung only do software updates for smartphones otherwise you send it off. Pants.
