In my country c901 costs around 190e,full unlocked,2 year warranty, and full pack! 190e is around 220USD.
A used c901 costs around 150e=180USD & k800 costs 80e=110USD & k850 costs 120e=150USD

Save some money and get the damn c901!

Whoaa thats really really cheap.

If u concern for camera its not worthy to change from k800 to k850.because its not big difrend btween 3.2 MP and 5 MP .but if u like much fun and new look and much loud sound with some fun things like auto rotate screen.and flash player.and some games playing with motion sensor jar file games and flash games...etc many fun things. then if u like and want that i tell u to change to k850 .if u dont like fun just want a camera phone.then its no big diffrent to change to k850 .hope u take good choise

I see thank you for your suggestion. Right now k800i's worth is around P 4,500 pesos wherein 1USD=P 49 Pesos. Thats almost a 100USD and k850i cost around P 8000 pesos (Used) while C901 cost around P 14,000 lol

Would C901 be a good successor for k800i's majestic place?or even k750i's Place?

Well, trust me: 14,000 pesos spent on good phone is a better deal than 8,000 pesos spent on a phone that in about a week will make you feel like smashing it into the nearest wall.
About succession: IF it would have functioned the way it was supposed to do, the K850i would have truly been the successor of the K750i (in my opinion, the K800i and K810i are upgrades of the K750i in aspects such as the screen size and camera). Since the K850i failed miserably, the "majestic place" is still available and might be just as well claimed by the C901. But that's not for me to judge until I'll get one.

Let me repeat: save some more money and buy the C901. It's an almost unanimous opinion, man!
