change the scene to twilight , or goto [ menu ] set the [ Focus ] to [ Infinite ] for use Manual focus ...

if use scene auto, the focus is auto too...

Strong didn't have that phone either and he did the driver. So I don't see any problem in changing that driver. I'd do it myself but I don't have any experience in driver modding.
