The Alarm and countdown timers use a cresending alarm (whichis actually quite nice) It starts low, but slowly goes higher (like the increasing ring feature).

I have both the T68 and the T300 and BOTH when they get to high volume high, are REALLY loud.

Try the volume oe the ring signal. Go to my sounds then select the tone you want pres the options buton then go to volume it is usualy set to 10 adjst it to 15!:-D that should solv ur prob!:-D This message was posted from a T68i

i think you can change the sound of these alarms with the melody you like. i did it.

so just get a melody that sound like an alarma and is very loud, i´ve got one, and you should solve the problem.

otherwise, like above, check your ears

You seem to be missing the point.
An identical melody is loud when the phone rings but when used as an alarm it is only half the volume.
If I had a problem with my ears then it would sound quiet all the time. Eh? Eh? Eh? Eh?
