So far the rule has been to provide a link to the original full size photo. Is this different this month?
You
must upload your original, untouched pic to phonephotos section and
must provide the link to it so as others can read the EXIF data of the pic and see the actual image.

The first post didn't clearly state that the
original full size photo had to be linked. But ceaser2008 clarified now that this is the case. My point was about plankis comment about post-processing. If you show the original then it doesn't matter how far you take your photoshopping IMHO.

hey, good news that you like idea of no limits
add a brief note about why their entry is related to month december
yep, such info will be welcome but let it be voluntary. I have seen interesting notes under pictures on many web pages with photos - no comment, vert short comment, very long comment, emotional comment, comment with a link to musical background. I have nothing against any of these
after You been sitting and edited your picture in Photo shop for 2 hours is it possible you forget to inform about all editing...i mean, is it possible that your lust for real photographing is moved a side ???
you know my opinion in this case, boring picture will always be boring picture no matter how much p-shoping you'll put in it. good picture defend itself regardless of whether it was p-shoped or not. is it possible to forget about information? I don't think so, it will be intentional decision. I count on the honesty and in case of any doubts I will intervene

I don't want to change old rules, however I will not insist to post original picture and link to it. AbuBasim explained why and I share his opinion. it's not easy to satisfy both camps of p-shoping supporters and opponents, if you want to see original pictures I will change my decision in this case
Let's get our december entries and beat Raiderski
ehehehe there will be a chance!
I never participate in my competitions
to bad no snow here tropical weather here
tropical heat in December? mrjulius, you're talking to me about some kind of total abstraction which I just can't imagine

Hi Raiderski,
I think the original pic must be uploaded to phonephotos section and must provide the link to it in post. Why? Because this is the only way we can know whether the pic is shot in this month or it is the archived one. Also we can know about other details of the pic. Correct me if i am wrong- the phonephotos section would not allow the edited pic to be uploaded.
About satisfying both camps i.e. P-shopped lovers and original lovers, i think the p-shopped pic should be parted in the post and the original to phonephotos section with link in the post. This method is being used for many months and we should also follow the same. This way we can satisfy both camps.
In my perception, this will help others to vote correctly. I know, boring pic will not be raised to a good level though p-shopped heavily but i think no matter what you do with your pic, the original pic must be visible to everyone because its a phone camera shootout competition not who can p-shopped well competition. I also support the p-shopping so dont take me wrong.

pls think of the people who are not well at editing the pic.
Thank you.
