I've made this run on my desktop and laptop, however, it charges me of the regular charges due our networks...
It's really fast, however, i prefer to use 3rd party applications or tunneling apps because it's free of charge even i have no load...

At last! I've made OM4.2 and OM5b2 Handler versions run on my laptop, FOR FREE, using the working tricks in our country. I use the KEmulator, of course with JRE on my system, then run OM apps, configure it and PRESTO! Free internet on PC, Weeee!
