If you want such "more advanced" options go for some smartphone. Latest smartphones are good enough to suit your needs in my opinion.

Whats wrong with the n86? I have heard read or known of any complaints regarding that model. It seems pretty stable. With a good camera

I have a friend who owned it, and it was pretty glitchy. And I knew someone else who did. Maybe it was their luck, but I was horrified how bad they were. Almost N96 bad.

N86 was buggy in the beginning, but it seems the last FW update has sorted most issues out, i dont know about being "N96 bad" as the N96 had a slower CPU and in its early firmwares it seems S60 FP2 was not made to run on an ARM9,and had to be optimized to run on it, after V30 fw the N96 is very stable and fast, not N85 fast, but faster than it was in the beginning. The N86 8MP seems to have suffered from reboots and freezes, NOT sluggish speeds like N96.
Anyway i would highly recommend the N86 8MP as it seems to have a lot more going for it compared to a "dumbphone" like W995,and the older S60 FP1, E71. Im busy listening to a AAS podcast and one of the subjects is the N86, and it seems NOKIA arent quite done adding and updating features and apps in the N86, and theres a V31 FW already on its way. It seems to be the best Non-touch screen phone this year.

I'm damn sure you can change the reminder sound with a2 uploader if you're returning the phone only for that reason? or if there are any other reason like camera you can go straight away to n86. But apart from that this is the best mobile, very stable one ever from SE except camera.

WOW! Thanks very much for your help guys.

@ idumbakumar - The reminder sound issue is one reason and the other is that when i'm on a call, the speaker crackles really badly, even if i turn down the volume...if these two issues can be dealt with then i think i'm onto a winner here.

@ GUCCI.011 - Unfortunately I need to stick with orange network and they don't have an N86.

@ shreyans - Wife already has it mate..its a good phone, but if i'm gonna go onto a fresh 2yr contract, then i want a phone that is new make.
