Phone has arrived. After giving it a through cleaning as there was a very strong smell of cigarettes. The phone is certainly not unmarked and mint which was how it was described.

The casing is covered with scratches along with 2 scrapes on the battery cover. The screen is likewise but with the addition of 2 splits/puncture marks in the soft section of the screen.

Box was damaged, didnt have its insert or the outer sleave either. Pre loaded applications which are stored on the memory card are missing.

I would give the overall condition as 7.5/10 maybe 8/10 max.

Think you should be a bit more truthful in future matey and describe the things your selling a lot better.

What you are moaning about is most evident in the pics that were posted before you bought the thing. I've only looked at the pics on my bb but I can see the box has no insert.

Why buy the phone if you knew it wasn't as advertised?

Just my 2p.

Not sticking up for stret gang either as it's not as advertised.

I can see from the pics that the insert is missing and there is no sign of the sleeve and that the box appears to be coming away, at no point is it described as mint nor is there any mention of a score out of 10. Nor is there any mention of the apps preloaded on the sd card?

Think if you want a brand new phone in the future you should buy it new.....

Pictures do not show the marks you have described so I think you are right to be miffed about that though!

The box isn't the major issue and I don't think Rookwise has meant it that way, it is simply adding to the things which bring down the overall quality of the item.

The ad DOES state "unlocked, boxed and mint" in the title as well as "unmarked. Unlocked and boxed with everything" in the post. Personally I think these descriptions are such that the buyer should expect the phone to be without damage and complete with everything it had from new and the complaints are warranted.

Ok guys i have been in contact with Rookwise over this, i have appologised for not been more clear over the condition of the handset. I only had it in my possesion for a limited time and it was in my opinion that the condition was as stated.

I was selling on here for a 3rd party (never again) and he formatted the mem card to remove his data without realising it would remove the default stuff on there.
