Been trying to get through to o2 all afternoon, Going to try again in a moment...... A guy in a o2 retail store said it should be no problem changing tariffs both ways.

Finally got through to O2 and they won't change my tariff until my next billing date which is the 7th march, so I am going to stick with my Bold
