congrats on your new purchase...
it's only faster in terms of "saving/writing" files into its memory chips and yes the transfer rate of class 4 is a little bit faster than class 2 but it depends also on other things ie. bluetooth/usb version, os, etc

As reported in my previous post that i am feeling little legginess in using that. But when i checked the card was not inserted properly. Now it is gone but not to full. Out of blue, once in a day, it appear but i love that.
My card has 3200 mb free space. And now i can play video of bigger size of 100 mb with perfect synchronization of audio-video. Previously it was not the case with my 4 GB class 2 microsd card.
I am happy that i have made a correct move to 8 gb class 4 card.
