I've found that GPRS access is still free on my O2 Online PAYG simcard as well. Plus I still get free MMS cos I use the NowMMS service

I still get free GPRS on O2 and while on holiday in Turkey recently i got free GPRS too using ARIA. Handy for taking pics and emailing them back home.
