You need to actually go into it press options and exit that way it properly disconnects. I hope.

Sometimes there is a setting in connectivity menu and it says packet data you select always online or when needed. Not sure.

I wouldnt worry too much about Nokia Messaging, mine runs all day online, hardly affects battery or RAM, but if you do wana turn it off go to Options with in the app, Settings, General, go to the bottom, Application startup, set it to Manual.

lol ive tried that but it's still connected
how much data does it use per day constantley connected like that,
I get alot and I mean alot of E-mails
Does anyone know when Vodafone are gunna release the new update for the X6-00?
my phonne needs this update badley now
