It seems to be a browser problem but I can't find any setting to change the default language.



Anyone know of a way to sort this apart from bookmarking the English version of google.

















Then I save Google search as Bookmark:





Here you can choose to replace Google (I choose to rename Google en)



And now when open Bookmarks:

Thats the bookmark method which I already mentioned mate. I want it to work straight from the built in google search. Thanks for providing a tempory solution though. @groovepeppy. Have just tried and it went straight to the site I entered.

never has happened to me using Opera Mini 4.5 (T-Mobile W'n'W branded) or Opera Mini 5

@Rookwise: I see you and Bonovox posting from German IP's and sometimes from UK IP's. Are you sure it's Dutch and not Deutsch? I believe this is the reason of your problem.

The sim in my mobile is an o2 uk one and my home internet is via Virgin. I can't see why that should happen.
