Dunno. They quote 800 euros for the P800 on their web site and they quoted me a total delivered by courier price of 880 euros.

I want to pre-order the P800 from the SonyEricsson site, but I can't seem to find the P800 in the eshop on the website. Anyone got any clues?

gadgetboytom is wrong in saying no VAT will be due on a P800 import into the UK, some duty will almost certainly have to be payed probably to the Courier when he delivers the unit.
This IMHO tips the balance in favour of waiting

OK, have mailed uaemall.com about this, and they responded that the price would be 3080AED (£510.87 at current exchange rate) delivered, but I would have to pay any import tax if there was any. So, does any1 actually know for definite if there would be any import tax payable????

Just to clarify a point here:
If you buy a P800 in Europe you do not need to pay ANY import taxes or duties when it is shipped to the UK as they will have been paid locally in the originating country.
If you therefore buy in Europe the warranty side is easier and the price you pay + shipping is the total price.
