The small white dots on the flash are common in cheap small digicams. It's caused by either small flecks of dust inside tor just in front of the camera. It occurs in cameras where the flash unit is very close to the lens.
Keeping the camera lens clean might help, also try under exposing a little. In my C905, this happens occasionally but not frequently.
I also think so.

If 3G network is present, your phone will display H. Mine (generic nordic) used to show "3G" during idle network time and H during data transfer. When 3G network is present the small letter above bars will always indicate G. In an area where 3G is not available the small letter will change to E if the gprs network is 2,5G - EDGE.

I thought G was for GPRS...

"G" stands for GPRS (it used to be a blue triangle in older SE phones), and "H" stands for HSDPA. And they certainly CAN appear at the same time. Some people shouldn't say whatever comes to their mind, if they 're not sure what they 're talking about!
The issue with the YouTube application you mentioned is a bug, probably of the app. It happens to my C905 too, and to others I know.

Thank you very much sky hi
Do you know of any fixes to the youtube problem?
and so I dont have to worry about the G and the H appearing at the same time and the G disappearing? What is going on when this happens?
Thanks

Yes it is! The small letter will be a G if the network available is GPRS and an E if the network is GPRS with EDGE added for higher transfer rates. As stated above, during HSDPA reception the small letter would always be G accompanied by 3G/H within the square shaped symbol.

Unfortunately I haven't found any solution. I use the YouTube site through the browser instead.
As for what happens when you have G and H at the same time, simply nothing to worry about.

So when there is no G and only the H, does that mean I don't have HSDPA reception??
and sky hi, do you have the same problem as me with the phone lagging after using the youtube application and watching a video with it?
and when I have just the H should I worry about that? Should I be concerned for the disappearing of the G?
